We held two-day targeted training activities for EAC legislators and environmental authorities in East Africa working on the issue of plastics. Among the key topics addressed was the proposed legislation that would place limitations on non-essential single-use plastic objects and materials. This workshop was in collaboration with The FlipFlopi Project, The ICCF Group, The SMEP Programme, and UNCTAD.
